to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you take note of the following:

• all bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable.
• appointments may be amended up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. changes made within 2 hours will be charged in full.
• we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to settle in.
• late arrivals may result in a shorter session, in consideration of the following guest.
• packages are personal, non-transferable and must be used within their stated validity period.
• please inform our team of any injuries, allergies, pregnancy or medical considerations prior to your treatment or hot & cold session.
• treatments, facilities and appointment times are subject to availability.
• rates and operating hours may be subject to change.
